Ingredients
500ml almond milk / plant based milk
1 table spoon of cacao powder
1 tsp of corn starch
1 table spoon of Loco Love Higher Being
1/2 cup of Loco Love Dark Chocolate Drops
Method
- Into a small pot/milk pot heat the almond milk and corn flour.
- Whisk over a medium heat until it begins to boil, turn down the heat to low and whisk for a further 2 mins or until the milk begins to thicken.
- Once thick, turn off the heat and add in the chocolate chips, cacao powder and higher being.
- Continue to stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the cacao powders mixed in smoothly.
- Pour into cups to serve, topping with whipped cream and of course a loco love chocolate for dipping pleasure.
