To help support our companies growth and in gearing up toward our annual peak period, we're on the lookout for new talent to work within our Production team at our purpose-built Byron Bay factory. As a production team member, you play a critical role in nurturing our products through their lifecycle from raw ingredients, right through to finished products ready to be shipped out to our customers in Australia and around the world. The Sales & Marketing Manager's role is to infuse Loco Love magic at every single touchpoint of our wholesale customers journey. This role is responsible for our wholesale customers experience, end to end. This is a strategic role, focused on leveraging data & insights about our customers & the markets in which we operate to develop highly effective sales strategies that our team can implement. This is a technical role, with a focus on leveraging new technology to increase the effectiveness of our sales & marketing as well as the efficiency of our entire team.
