When we first created our Cherry truffle, we fell in love with its beautiful contrast. The bright, tangy sparkle of sour cherry. The richness of velvety chocolate ganache. The deep embrace of dark cacao. A reminder that life is often most beautiful when opposites exist together. Sweet and sour. Light and shadow. Joy and longing.

As our collection evolved, we lovingly made space for new creations, trusting every flavour has its own cycle. But Cherry had other plans...

You wrote to us. You asked after it in stores. You shared stories of hidden bars saved for special moments and the rituals that somehow didn't feel complete without it. 

So we listened.

Because Loco Love has never been about creating chocolate in isolation. It has always been a conversation. A continual unfolding between us, the earth that grows our ingredients, and the beautiful community who welcomes them into their lives.

Inside, tangy sour cherry swirls through a silky chocolate ganache before being wrapped in our signature dark cacao shell and finished with bright raspberry pieces. Every bite is alive with contrast, inviting you to remember that harmony isn't found in sameness, but in the dance between opposites.

We've also infused this creation with Schisandra, one of nature's most treasured adaptogenic berries. Revered for centuries in traditional herbalism, Schisandra is often called the five-flavour berry for its remarkable balance of sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent notes. Traditionally celebrated for supporting vitality and resilience, it feels perfectly at home in a chocolate that honours wholeness through contrast.
