A delicate harmony of sour raspberries, native superfood Kakadu plum and sweet, juicy cherries, softened by earthy coconut and smooth Bundaberg-grown vanilla. Love, in chocolate form.

Salted Mylk Ganache with Peruvian cacao nibs
Highlighting the complex flavours of our cacao, this creation features a silky mylk and olive oil ganache, delicately sprinkled with cacao nibs, then enrobed in our signature 70% dark chocolate and finished with a touch of Tasmanian sea salt.
Ingredients: *cacao butter, *cacao paste, *coconut blossom sugar, *coconut milk powder, inulin (Jerusalem Artichoke), *Peruvian cacao nibs (6.5%), olive oil, Tasmanian sea salt (<1%). [Cacao solids 54.7%]. *ORGANIC.
Yes! All our chocolates are vegan, gluten and dairy free. However, as a precaution we state that our products may contain traces of milk due to some of our ingredients sharing equipment.
We use organic coconut blossom sugar and nectar and believe that this is a superior sweetener to cane sugar. We also use organic brown rice syrup in a few flavours and organic dates in our Salted Caramel Crunch. All of these are naturally derived and our bars contain no artificial sweeteners.
We source our cacao from small farms in Peru (occasionally Ecuador or Guatemala), its is labeled as a raw, organic and fair trade product. We will only ever use the best cacao in our chocolates.
