Loco Love's Approach to Chocolate Making
We believe that taste, scent, visual beauty and cacao bring us into the moment, where thoughts can take a break, allowing us to access our highest selves. As with everything we do there is meaning to our creations. To us the red symbolises the hearts flame, the cherubs are the keepers of the kingdom of heaven and the chocolate a gift from mother nature.

A soft, creamy caramelised ganache infused with fragrant Earl Grey, dotted with crunchy cacao cookie pieces, then enrobed in our signature mylk chocolate and finished with delicate dried pansies.
Cherry Coconut Bliss with Ooray Plum
A delicate harmony of sour raspberries, native superfood Kakadu plum and sweet, juicy cherries, softened by earthy coconut and smooth Bundaberg-grown vanilla. Love, in chocolate form.
Strawberry Kiss with Hibiscus
A chewy strawberry soft centre with a perfect balance of tang and sweetness. It feels almost naughty, but it’s not. Infused with antioxidant-rich hibiscus flower, this is a little love story in every bite.
Salted Mylk Ganache with Peruvian cacao nibs
Highlighting the complex flavours of our cacao, this creation features a silky mylk and olive oil ganache, delicately sprinkled with cacao nibs, then enrobed in our signature 70% dark chocolate and finished with a touch of Tasmanian sea salt.
