Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period: 16 March 2026 until 30 April 2026

Starts: From when Chocolate Egg bags with hidden tickets begin shipping/available (from 16 March 2026).

Ends: When all stock is sold. No entries accepted after all tickets are found/claimed or promotion ends.

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of purchase.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, retailers/stockists involved in the promotion, and anyone otherwise connected with the promotion are ineligible.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How the Promotion Works:

  • Eleven (11) golden tickets have been randomly placed inside select bags of Luvio Cosmic Chocolate Eggs. These tickets are hidden completely at random during production/packing.
  • Finding a golden ticket entitles the finder to claim the prize associated with it (see Prizes below).
  • This is an instant-win promotion based on chance - no purchase guarantees a win, and winners are determined solely by locating one of the randomly hidden tickets.

Prizes:

  • Major Prize (1 available): AUD $2,000 Airbnb voucher + AUD $250 voucher redeemable on Luvio products. Total value: AUD $2,250.
  • Secondary Prizes (10 available): AUD $200 voucher redeemable on Luvio products each. Total value: AUD $2,000.
  • Total prize pool: AUD $4,250.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (except as required by law). Vouchers are subject to their own terms (e.g., Airbnb expiry/use conditions; Luvio vouchers valid for 3 years from issue). The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
  • Prize values are correct at time of printing and include GST where applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in prize value.

How to Claim a Prize:

If you find a golden ticket, email us immediately at hello@locolove.com with:

  • A clear photo of the golden ticket.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation showing purchase of the Luvio Chocolate Egg bag from an authorised retailer or our online store).
  • Claims must be received during the Promotional Period or within [e.g., 7 days] after the last stock is sold (whichever is sooner).
  • We will verify the ticket (authenticity, uniqueness) and proof of purchase within 5 business days.
  • If verified, we will contact you to arrange prize delivery (e.g., email digital vouchers or post physical if applicable).
  • Failure to provide required proof or if the ticket is deemed invalid (e.g., tampered, duplicate) will result in disqualification.

Unclaimed Prizes:

  • If a prize remains unclaimed (e.g., no valid claim received for a ticket, or winner cannot be contacted/verified within [e.g., 30 days] of us attempting contact), it will be forfeited.
  • The Promoter may (at its discretion) re-hide the ticket in remaining stock or redistribute/award it in another fair manner, but is not obligated to do so. No compensation will be provided.

Privacy:

  • Personal information collected (e.g., name, email, purchase details) is collected for the purpose of conducting the promotion, verifying claims, awarding prizes, and marketing related products (with consent where required).
  • By entering, you consent to us using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting us at hello@locolove.com. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

General Conditions & Liability Limits:

  • Entry/purchase is at normal retail value - no extra payment required beyond buying the product.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for: late/lost/damaged entries, technical issues, retailer stock delays, or issues with prize suppliers (e.g., Airbnb voucher restrictions).
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expense (including indirect/consequential) suffered in connection with the promotion or prizes.
  • Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • The Promoter reserves the right to: verify entries/claims, disqualify invalid participants, suspend/cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned (e.g., due to tampering, force majeure), or amend these T&Cs (with notice where required).
  • The promotion is governed by NSW law. Disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
