Here's the recipe, they’re so ethereal.

350 g nirvana, finely chopped

80 ml coconut oil, melted

a few drops of rose water

a pinch of pink sea salt

petals

Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan filled with a few inches of barely simmering water, and melt it down over low-heat, until smooth. Remove the bowl and stir in the oil, rose water, and salt, then pour the mixture into a lined baking tin. Chill for about two hours, until just set, then use a knife to cut into neat squares, attaching a few petals.
