

Sink into these deliciously fragrant fudge squares to rid you of winter blues. Pure plant-powered indulgence—vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free, crafted to uplift your spirit, soothe your soul, and melt your troubles away.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 (2 cups) Medjool dates, pitted
- 140g (½ cup) almond butter
- 300g Dark Chocolate Drops
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 2 Loco Love Orange & Almond Truffle bars
- Handful of Crystallised Ginger
METHOD
- Add pitted dates to a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Drain well.
- Line a 20cm square tin (or similar) and set aside.
- Blend dates with almond butter until a smooth paste forms. If you don't have a food processor/blender, you can use a bowl and a spoon- just make sure its very uniform. Add the orange zest and stir though. Transfer the mixture to a bowl if using a food processor (use a rubber spatula to get all the mixture out!).
- Add melted chocolate and fold through until even, but try not to over mix it here. Transfer the mixture to your lined tray, and use a spoon to spread out.
- Top with more orange zest, chopped Loco Love Truffle bars and crystallised ginger, pressing the chunks into the fudge.
- Set in the fridge for 4+ hours, then cut into small squares and store in a airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
