Olive oil gives the ganache a beautiful velvet texture and richness that melts effortlessly on the tongue, while bringing an earthy softness that balances the intensity of the dark chocolate perfectly. Wrapped around this creamy centre is our signature 70% dark chocolate. Rich, bold, and layered with deep cacao notes that unfold slowly with every bite. It’s decadent without being heavy. Intense, but beautifully balanced. 

We love working with Olive Oil not just for its luxurious texture, but for the nourishment it brings. Rich in antioxidant polyphenols and heart-healthy fats, olive oil supports cellular health, glowing skin, and overall vitality. While adding a grounded richness that makes this truffle feel incredibly satisfying.
