Our Sun Discs are 33g, for your first cacao experience we recommend starting off with half a disc and gradually increasing to a whole disc. For more versed cacao consumers, we recommend no more than 1 and a half discs.
Dosages
Place the half disc or disc in your drinking vessel, pour boiling hot water on top and mix briskly until all is dissolved. We like to add a bit of warm plant milk, honey or maple as well as some cayenne and cinnamon.
You can have ceremonial cacao as often as once a day offering a gentle yet powerful replacement to coffee. Alternatively you can serve yourself cacao as a more intentional weekly ritual.
